The duration of the industry Attachment varies from institution of learning to other. The duration is commonly between three months to six months. During the learning periods, students fill their daily log book which would be used to grade their performance by the College that sends them out.
While undertaking the industry Attachment, students are signed professional supervisor who will monitor and expose them to daily activities of the Organizations. The students also exposed to the work ethics of the Organizations.
Once the duration for the attachment is exhausted, the students returns to their institutions of learning to complete their academic studies. An assigned institution supervisor would engage the students to defend the learning they’ve acquired from the Organizations.
Does the Industrial Attachment Attracts Stipends from the Hosts Organizations ?
Well, the attachment programme is for learning purposes and may not compulsorily requires stipends. However, Organizations may at their own discretion pay stipends to students as the case may be either weekly or monthly.
