Uppsala University will provide many scholarships to fee-paying students for master’s programs beginning in autumn 2024. Among these scholarship programs is the University Global Scholarships, which was formerly called the Uppsala IPK Scholarships.

Swiss nationals as well as citizens of non-EU/EEA countries.
Scholarship worth and contents:
Tuition costs are covered by scholarships, but living expenses are not.
Qualification Standards:
• You must be a citizen of a country outside of Switzerland or the EU/EEA.
• Academic aptitude and a desire to study in a classroom environment are prerequisites.
• The only master’s program at Uppsala University that will be eligible for an Uppsala University Global Scholarship is the one that you have designated as first priority, meaning that program is the one that you ranked highest out of the four programs that University Admissions offers.
• You have to submit your Master’s program application before the University Admissions deadline.
• The Master’s program for which you applied must accept you. The application fee and all of your supporting documents must be received by University Admissions prior to the deadline.
Application guidelines:
You must first apply for one of the University’s Master’s programs via the universityadmissions.se website between October 16, 2023, and January 15, 2024, in order to be eligible for Uppsala University Global Scholarships. The program offered by Uppsala University shall take precedence over all others.
Submitting an online scholarship application is the next stage, and it needs to be done between January 10 and January 22, 2024. Monday, January 22, 2024, at 23:59 Central European Time (CET), is the deadline.
