East West Center
Graduate students from Asia, the Pacific, and the United States can receive funding for up to 24 months to pursue a Master’s or Doctoral degree at the University of Hawaii while taking advantage of the East-West Center’s educational, residential, and leadership development programs. This is made possible by the East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship.
Emory College Financial Aid
A restricted number of overseas students are given need-based financial assistance awards by Emory College each year. Furthermore, overseas students are welcome to apply (by November 15) for partial to full merit-based scholarships through the Emory University Scholars Program.
Illinois Wesleyan University Scholarships
International candidates who meet the requirements and have demonstrated exceptional academic success and test results on the necessary admission examinations are eligible to apply for merit-based scholarships. These grants are renewable for a maximum of four years and range in value from $16,000 to $30,000. Furthermore, qualifying international students may be awarded up to two full-tuition President’s International Student Scholarships year for a maximum of four years of study.
Iowa State University International Merit Scholarships
A small number of merit scholarships are offered to first-year overseas students. Results from the SAT or ACT, together with high school grades and marks, are taken into competitive consideration. The yearly awards range from $2,000 to $10,000 and are renewable.
Michigan State University International Scholarships

The Wagner Scholarships at New York University
